No matter what activation unit you choose – the cartridge and activation handle can be re-filled at a minimum charge and exchanged at the retailer with very little effort. ABS will most certainly be responsible for the re-filling and product liability. Malfunctions due to lack of maintenance or faulty re-fills are therefore eliminated.
