Our freeride backpack without zip-on system: The A.LIGHT GO avalanche backpack with a volume of 22 liters offers enough space for equipment for freeride beginners to ambitious skiers looking for a challenge in open terrain. Thanks to the patented ABS Bowden cable system EASY.TECH, two independent airbags with a total volume of 150 liters are filled in an emergency. The twin airbags are adjusted to the body's centre of gravity and ensure an optimized position in the avalanche in an emergency, with a second airbag in reserve in case one is damaged during an avalanche. The airbags can be filled with either steel or carbon cartridges.
The A.LIGHT GO avalanche backpack is equipped with the patented, mechanical ABS Bowden cable system EASY.TECH. This innovative release system can be tested as often as required without tools and gives the owner a feel for the release mechanism in advance. The lever is simply flipped and can be released and re-cocked again and again. The leg strap on the ABS airbag prevents the rucksack from being pulled over the head or off the body in the event of an avalanche.
The ABS A.LIGHT GO has a separate, easily accessible safety compartment for shovel, probe and first aid kit. A helmet attachment is included. Skis can be attached either sideways via the A-frame or diagonally (straps are available separately as accessories). The ergonomically shaped body contact back offers a good fit with even weight distribution. The durable, water-repellent material and well thought-out features make this ABS avalanche backpack a reliable and often life-saving ski touring companion in an emergency.
