If something is broken on your backpack, you can send it to us for repair. Before defective things simply end up in the bin, we check for you whether they can still be repaired. Our service will be happy to help you repair damaged products. Especially when it comes to safety equipment, you should definitely contact us and not repair the defect yourself. Please fill out our product service form to send in the backpack. This gives us the opportunity to process your request quickly and send the backpack back to you promptly. This applies to ABS® customers from Germany, Austria and Italy. The completed form will be sent to you via email afterwards. Please print this out and send it with your product to customer service for repair. The cost of the repair will then be estimated based on the damage.
